User Agreement
Lunara is a lightweight photo styling application that focuses on local ai image generation to help users create exclusive qipao style portrait works. This user agreement sets forth the valid usage rules, user responsibilities and service specifications for all users who access and use the Lunara application. All application usage behaviors are deemed as full acceptance and recognition of the terms stated in this agreement.
All information is processed and stored locally on the user’s device and is deleted when the user chooses to remove it; consequently, the app does not collect any facial data. Users voluntarily provide photos to access the app’s core functions; any images are generated locally for one-time use only and are neither stored in a database, uploaded, nor shared.
All user content processing and ai generation operations of Lunara are completed entirely through local device computing. The application does not collect any facial data from users in any scenario. Users voluntarily upload personal photos for local single time ai style generation only. All uploaded pictures and newly generated images are processed locally without remote uploading, database creation or external sharing. All related content is only stored on the user’s local device and will be permanently deleted once the user actively deletes the content inside the application. No facial information will be extracted, recorded or retained by Lunara at any time.
Users confirm that all photo upload and content generation behaviors are initiated voluntarily by themselves. The local ai generation function only performs style rendering and scene adjustment on the basis of user provided images. The application does not collect, analyze or store any user facial data or biometric information during the whole service process.
Lunara provides users with local ai qipao style transformation, personalized portrait creation, style collection, local history record saving and advanced function unlocking services. All core image processing logic runs completely on the user’s local device to ensure user content privacy and usage security.
Users can use basic styling functions for free, and can unlock more exclusive styles, high definition generation rights and more functional content through in app coin consumption or official platform subscription services. All function unlocking verification results are only recorded locally on the user device without any facial data participation or collection.
The application supports offline local generation after resource loading, and all creation results are independently controlled and managed by users. No user creation content or facial related information will be transmitted out of the local device in any usage state.
Users shall use the Lunara application in compliance with public service norms and applicable usage standards. Users shall not use the local ai generation function to create inappropriate, offensive, illegal or infringing content. Users bear full responsibility for all content generated by their voluntary operations.
All user uploaded photos are only used for single local ai styling generation. The application does not collect any facial data from user uploaded materials, and does not retain any user image information or facial feature data after generation and user subsequent deletion. All content management rights belong entirely to the user.
Users shall not disassemble, modify, reverse engineer or interfere with the local operation logic and functional framework of the application. Any unauthorized tampering with the application program will result in the termination of available service qualifications.
All operation records, favorite style data, generated images and user local configuration information of Lunara are all stored only in the user’s local device space. The application does not build any cloud database or user information archive, and never collects any user facial data.
Users can independently delete local generation records, clear favorite style lists and remove local image resources at any time. After user active deletion, all corresponding local data will be completely and permanently erased without any residual data retained. The application cannot actively obtain or back up any user local content and facial information.
The local ai processing mode ensures that all image styling behaviors are completed on the user device. No external server interaction and data transmission will be triggered during use, which fundamentally avoids any risk of facial data collection and information leakage.
Part of advanced styles and high precision generation functions of Lunara need to be unlocked through official platform subscription or in app coin redemption. All subscription services are completed through the official apple system, and Lunara does not obtain any user payment information, identity information or facial data in the whole process.
After users complete official subscription authentication, the function permission status will be synchronously saved locally on the device. The local permission record only serves the normal display and opening of application functions and does not contain any user personal sensitive information or facial data.
Subscription validity period, function usage rights and other related contents are subject to the official platform subscription rules and local function display status. The application does not retain any invalid user permission data and will update local records synchronously with user operation changes.
All application interface designs, style templates, local ai algorithm logic and functional framework of Lunara are protected by intellectual property rules. Users only obtain personal non commercial usage rights during the use of the application, and shall not copy, spread, resell or secondary develop the application resources and functions.
The copyright of all personalized portrait works generated by users through local ai styling belongs to the users themselves. Lunara does not occupy, collect or use any user generated works and never obtains any facial data related to user creation content.
Lunara reserves the right to carry out local function optimization, style library update and experience iteration for the application. All updated contents are presented locally on the user device and will not involve any user facial data collection or local content acquisition behavior.
During routine maintenance and version update, the application will not actively read, back up or upload user local generation records and image content, and always maintains the zero collection standard of user facial data.
Users shall be solely responsible for all their operation behaviors and generated content in Lunara. If users violate usage rules and cause adverse impacts, they shall bear corresponding independent responsibilities. Lunara does not assume any indirect liability for user independent creation and local operation behaviors.
Since the application does not collect any user facial data and all content is stored locally and controlled by users, Lunara does not bear any responsibility for user local content management and local data deletion operations.
